This is a glorified workout. Rhodes looking for a soft spot on the canvas to lay down.

    Round 2

Rhodes is turned orthodox and popping his left jab. It's horrible. Lederman calls him on it, while giving his signature early 4th round scoring update...not an hour removed from doing commentary work! What a true renaissance man! There is not much to say about the actual match. Alvarez has slowed his output but is still firmly beating Rhodes with hard combos while Rhodes tries to get cute with a jab...stubbornly sticking in the righty stance. RHODES IS DOWN! Alvarez just bowled him over with several hard straights to the head. Rhodes almost did a cartwheel to the canvas, very awkward. Now he's up. Another uppercut from Alvarez. Rhodes' head is rocked back. Rhodes throws a hard 3-2 combo, ducked by Alvarez. Left hook around the gloves, and right hand through them by Alvarez. HARD SHOTS from Alvarez. Rhodes survives.

    10-8 Rhodes

    40-35 Alvarez

Unless Rhodes explodes with huge power shots in hopes to get the one hitter quitter, he is ****ed.

In all honesty the knockdown look like more of a balance shot.

    4 - 0 Alvarez *alvarez KD*

Alvarez still looking for one shot. not boxing and putting on an educated boxing pressure gameplan.
