How much of have a chance does Benavidez actually have at beating someone like Canelo. Benavidez is big strong and comes forward he attacks everything in your body to your head. Benavidez is still young and has not really reached his prime. Would Benavidez be able to over power Canelo or would Canelo counter Benavides all night
I actually really like Benavidez and rank him in the top 3 at 168...Until I see how Andrade and Charlo look there after a few fights. None the less David is very talented and would give anybody in the division a hell of a fight. He's big, strong, has power, a good engine, very fast hands and combinations not to mention his punch placement. He also seems to have a very good chin.
The question is what conditions will be in place for Benavidez.. Dehydration clauses, bought judges, Benavidez being prohibited on throwing any punches with intent etc. It's whatever you like with Canelo's circus shows, he'll throw whatever money he likes at a fighter to get them to perform however he chooses. And they'll accept because its big money
