    Lets talk about that for a moment, #1 How? losing to Floyd Mayweather he stayed at #1? look who has Miguel beat that even makes him worthy of being #1 when he fought Trout at 154?

    He has fought and beat Foreman (Who?),Mayorga (Shot), Margarito (eye injury and most of you all dont rank him too highly anyways)

    So you mean to tell me Trout beating Cotto was some major feat? I tend to disagree with that, Cotto was a product of good match making since he got the **** beat out of him by Pacquaio.

    But no way can you really say that those are some solid wins for him at all. Take nothing away from Trout, he did what he was supposed to do with a fading former Champion.

    But Trout is no different than Canelo at this point neither guy has really had a true break out fight this fight will be it, do not write off this white ginger Mexican kid :nono

    Trout is not an easy fight for anyone at 154.

    Lets put it this way;
    He took Cottos pressure and outbox him, that gives him a chance to do the same with canelo.No dissing canelo here, I haven't seen canelo yet with someone trouts size and skills.

    Cotto's "pressure" lasted about 1/2 a fight.. I distinctly remember turning to my buddy after cotto started doing the moonwalk in round 6 and said "It's over, Trout has this"!
