No-ones been cotton-woolled to a title like this kid has. It's virtually being handed to him. That's what people dislike. Hatton fight is ok, but not for a title which GBP made it into. And atleast honor your obligations you signed onto, especially since you already have the advantage of fighting a smaller opponent.

 

Alvarez is starting to **** me off for several reasons.

Undeserved title shot
Title shot against a small undeserving very weak opponent
Calls out JMM because JMM spoke the truth of him not deserving a shot
DLH's fruitcake ass is annointing him chuck nooris status

I also got into a semi-heated debate with some Mexican guy at a bar who didnt know **** about boxing. I told him the only reason why ALvarez is so popular in Mexico is because of his skin complexion and he told me no and it was because he was knocking great fighters out. :roll:

I'm really tripping the **** out with this canelo hype. I'm Mexican and living and socal, everybody who knows I love boxing talks to me about this ****ing guy. Yet, hardly anyone mentions the last great couple of weeks of boxing we have had. And about him being 20, this is boxing, yeah he is young but he has a shitload of fights already. Time to step it up. I'm not convinced he has the goods, in fact, I say he is a little above average and nothing more.
