Mamby was a damn good boxer with a great jaw and a powder-puff punch........ **** all his "Decision" losses............ Mamby gets my vote for the IBHOF....... I liked the dude who took Mamby's WBC title in 1982...... Leroy Haley was good and entertaining.......... Haley got reamed by the judges in his two losses to Bruce Curry...... Always loved watching Sweet Saoul. He was cuter than a bug’s ear. Some months ago I was working at home with a Law & Order marathon on as background noise and I looked up and said, ‘Is that Saoul Mamby?’ — looked it up and sure enough he had a brief part in an episode. He ran a bit hot and cold but could give anyone fits on a given day.
