Im not sure, but im pretty sure they just empty all your fluids in your body to make weight for a wegh in, and you would get most of the weight you lose from a Sauna/Sweatsuit, overnight..

Not positive though, can i get a check on this?

do you care if it's water? Because that's what a sauna suit will make you lose.

i read that it makes u lose fat to because of all the cals being burnt to make you sweat. also it says it tones u up. i dont need to get anymore toned sincei already lose 30 pds lol. so it would prolly burn fat right?

No.. It burns calories, fluids... It wont tone you up, and wont make you lose fat, at all..

Its just for shedding off the last few pounds before weighing in..

You lost 30 lbs, thats enough haha..

****, you can save money by lying in a warm bath tub..

Why not just work out a bit harder and stay hydrated?

Sweating more will not make you burn more calories. In fact it will do the opposite at some point, since it will hamper performance. Your engine will overheat and slow down.

You don't have any more weight to lose, just stay where you are at.
