Anybody wear this to workout or to go on a run???? How is it, and what are the benefits of wearing this??
I was just reading a book the otherday and found out actor Martin Lawrence almost died from doing this silly sort of thing. Its a bad idea. "During August 1999, Lawrence went into a three-day coma after collapsing from heat exhaustion while jogging in 100-degree heat with several layers of heavy clothing.[1] He recovered in the hospital from near death and running a body temperature of a seemingly impossible 107 °F (41.7 °C), his breathing assisted by a respirator."
a mate from boxing wore one to try and lose weight and he about passed out when i was sparring with him.he looked like a freakin corpse
I wore one briefly trying to cut weight once it helped shed the couple pounds of water weight I need to get rid of but it was a real light run. I cant imagine myself doing my regular 5 miles in that thing.
You see fighters use it when they're trying to make weight. But you can tell that **** is exhausting. But is that the way to go when you're trying to lose those last few pounds before the fight?
