Saunders Andrade off

BJS failed being the rightful owner of a belt when he failed a drugs test.

Let the two clean fighters and number 1 and number 2 fight for it.

 

If this is true and Fury loses his most meaningful fighter will be the winner of frampton v Warrington....

 

Only has himself to blame.

It's not difficult to adhere to a list of legal substances.

 

Very disappointed...I hope they did it for the right reasons and not because someone put a brown envelope in their back pockets.

 

You can bet your bottom dollar Saunders will be acting like the victim in all of this.

 

He is the victim, him and Fury have both been targeted by Hearn and the sanctioning bodies.

 

I know. Hearn is likely going to have two middleweight world champions in Andrade and Jacobs, so great leverage to get Golovkin (I think he will pull the coup of and get GGG).

 

I agree but he failed a drug test m8. Yes alot of spin over here about not falling a UKAD test but he needed to keep to rules of VADA as he signed up to it. I also think UKAD is a disgrace, by now saying a failed test only counts if its within 12 hours of the fight, farce. So by that logic a fighter could juice up through most of their camp and not be breaking any rules. I think Saunders is a terrific boxer, but deserves a lengthly ban, though again no consistency with bans.

 

Initial thoughts are good, he deserves it for basically being a complete bad word, though I hope he screws the nut and redeems himself

 

You might not like Billy Joe Saunders, he is a muppet and the way he’s treated people maybe this is the karma he deserves....but as a boxing fan I just feel a bit robbed. I was really looking forward to that fight, and some suits just called it off. I’m gonna be honest i’m not feeling any satisfaction from it. He’s our number one P4P British fighter imo. I appreciate it’s nobody’s fault but his own, that he’s broke some contractual rule on something that wouldn’t even be an issue in this country, but there you go. It’s boxing fans that miss out. Sorry for whinging and I appreciate my opinion isn’t shared by others.

No, you’re right mate. Just peed off and admittedly I’m biased cos he’s a great fighter who I really enjoy watching.

 

He was always going to get stripped. I doubt we will see BJS in the ring ever again.

He signed up to VADA testing and tested positive for something on their banned list. Whether you think he was cheating or believe it was from a nasal spray, it's still his fault for being either a cheat, unprofessional or just stupid, take your pick.
