Billy Joe is perhaps the most frustrating boxer around currently. He is dull in fights he should easily win, then is inactive, he's a dunce outside of the ring and detestable, then puts on a masterclass, gets a decent fight made, but again outside activity isolates fans and compromises his active career.

 

I have lost count of the number of times he has laid into boxers who have failed tests, and preached about how clean he was.

As I said, I knew this fight was gonna fall through when I seen Hearn's interviews from the weekend. He probably was involved in helping it happen. This works wonders for him and Andrade who shall now get a free belt and open up much bigger fights than the BJS one; Americans don't care about BJS.

BJS could get run over by a bus and the world would be rid of one more bullying, animal abusing scum bag so there's no sympathy from me.

 

Have heard the total opposite to that. All hearsay or course, but based on what I’ve heard I wouldn’t be surprised if he goes broke eventually. There was even that incident with the shady Rolex dealer where he exposed BJS for ordering then not being able to afford it!

 

Does Frank Warren get rid? Expensive, inactive, drops out of fights, bad pr and struggles to sell 100 tickets.

The GGG and Canello fights seems to be disappearing.

Shame he is such a good boxer just everything else is less ideal.

He signed up for the testing and tested positive. Either a cheat or very careless.

 

Regardless of whether Billy is stripped.

He will still be regarded as the WBO Champion until he's beaten.

 

Oh not this nonsense again. I take it you still class Tony Bellew as the WBC cruiserweight champion then?

 

Maybe by a few of his fans. But he'll be quickly forgotten about as a champion by the rest of the boxing world. Won his title in 2015 and only defended it 3 times, hasn't fought in nearly a year and doesn't look like he'll be fighting again anytime soon. He had the world at his feet and he blew it. Or sprayed it up his nose. Great boxer but let himself down in pretty much every other area.
