I literally walked right by there about an hour ago.

I saw something going on as I walked down the Gov't Ctr steps and crossed toward Union St. on my way home to the North End and thought "uh-oh, more tourist shenanigans, don't want to get caught up in that..." and went out of my way to cross diagonally toward the Holocaust memorial.
