Saunders is a loudmouth pompous ass****, but for some reason I like it when he does it, he's far more charming and witty than your average braggart, and he backs it up with his true skill level. You know I'm a fanboy of his, so if GGG has to take a loss, I'd much rather Saunders hand it to him legitimately, than Cucknelo getting another gift. The idea of GGG-Saunders terrifies me. I love both, and don't want to see either lose.

Don't you really like Lemieux too? Must have broken your heart to see him outclassed that badly.

Yeah I do, but the pompous loudmouth ass**** braggart in me took over for that fight. I said on my Lemieux thread years ago that Saunders would school Lemieux, so I took pride in that prediction being right from that far out. And plus Lemieux has already taken 3 losses, its no big deal, he can recover from that loss, all he has to do is be matched well and get another brutal highlight reel KO over a guy like Akavov or Arnfield or Murray and he'll be right back in the mix and all will be forgiven. BJS was just a bad style for him, most logical fans know this, but like Rosado, most Lemieux fans don't like him for his skills.

With me I am just trying for some consistency with my posts. Lord knows I give crap to Americans and Cubans for talking crap so I should do the same when it's Anglo's or Slav's ect. ect..

Bizzare to think that Lemieux would almost certainly run through him without any trouble, where as Saunders struggled but schooled Lemieux 12-0... That's boxing for ya.

    Funny

I'm a fan of the sport. While I do have my favorites, I want the better man to win every time.

I like BJ Saunders. He put on a very good performance. I'm not ready to overrate him. As I said before the fight, anyone with a jab and good defense will beat Lemieux. Saunders proved to have a Ian and sound defense.

I'm definitely paying attention to him, if he doesn't get GGG or Canelo next I hope he fights a good fighter not some domestic level fighter like he's accustomed.

I realize there are levels to this. Lemieux as exciting and likeable as he is has never proven to be an elite fighter, even an A level fighter.

To put him into perspective, Arturo Gatti was more accomplished than Lemieux.

There is is a very big difference between Lemieux and Golovkin!!! I wish Golovkin could fight Saunders, but Oscar will not allow him to have a fight before El Pollo! Golovkin would cut off the ring and hurt Saunders, then Saunders would know that he is not in the ring with Lemieux! Look what Golovkin did to Lemieux, then compare with Saunders..........
