Thank you for the update. So in a few hours we should know whether the fight is on or off. While we wait, can I ask you what about MSAC rules indicate he will be cleared. For you to make that prediction, I'm guessing their rules are much less strict than Nevada for example and that there is no strict liability in Mass. Is that accurate?
