Khan was slowing down from the body shots. He didn't really adjust; he was landing the same thing he always was. Then Khan got caught and decided to stand in front of him and throw combinations like an idiot.

Yeah the body shots played dividends towards creating the knockout. But Khan was still using lateral movement throughout the fight, it's just Canelo's timing got better by each passing round. BJS presents more problems than Khan ever could. That's going to be a good one.

Saunders, Jacobs and Lee are all slight favourites over Canelo.

If he fights one of them and loses, he loses his big purse against GGG.

Which is why I doubt Canelo will fight Saunders esp as he's missed out on a fight through injury already,I've said all along though that I don't care who Canelo fights at 160 if it's geared towards Golovkin, based on Lemieuxs last outing I'd expect Canelo to trounce him.
As for Saunders I can't work him out, someone with his talent should be fighting as much as possible,I never realised how good he was until re watching his fights?

With a BJS win over Canelo, he retains the WBO belt, and becomes the Lineal Champ as well. Would build up the stakes vs. GGG for all the marbles.

I don´t think this will happen anytime soon. El Pollo will fight a "name" opponent at Vegas and it won´t be any real threat, someone like Kirkland. Unfortunately, he already faced Kirkland so he has to find something else. Rosado was a winnable fight, but Gabe lost to Monroe Jr. Monroe Jr. is too slick and big for Canelo. Most likely, Canelo will fight at 160 against current 154 pounder. Maybe he will sell the idea of a rematch against Trout. That would sound exactly what GBP would do.

Saunders won´t go against Golovkin, so he has to find opponent as well. He won´t fight Eubank jr. or any other domestic fighter, so he must face someone top 10 fighter during 2017 (or top 20). My guess is Soliman or Heiland.

Both guys are playing hide and seek. Neither wants to face Golovkin, but other MW top 5 opponents are too dangerous as well; Lemieux, Stevens, Quillin, Jacobs.

Trout has a better resume than Golovkin and is better than any opponent Golovkin has ever faced.

Yes and what would happen if Trout faced GGG?hed get splattered so stop making pathetic excuses about resumes,I've already said I don't care who he fights at 160 as long as they are tune ups but please don't try and make excuses as it just sounds like you're trying to defend Canelo all the time,Canelo has nothing to prove thus far and as for GGG you know full well his division is full of idiots who run scared from him, enjoy it for what it is that by next year your fav man in Canelo will be stepping up to face the holder of three belts?

Saunders would toy with Canelo, he's too slick, too awkward, a southpaw, and like Lara and Trout will give Canelo fits, in all likelihood hits far harder than both Lara and Trout which will probably make Canelo more apprehensive in attempting to walk Saunders down. As far as Saunders struggles against Eubank and Lee, at least he beat both of them 8-4, even managed to almost KO Lee, and to date no one has beaten Eubank, he'd probably give Canelo everything he could handle as well. Lee has never been outboxed by an opponent who beat him, every time he's lost it was by KO, and the few times he was being outboxed, he won by KO. Regardless Lee is as tricky as they come and could easily see him stopping Canelo as well, we're not talking about a 6 foot tall Mexican pressure fighter who rehydrates up to CW here.

Yeah-no, BJS likes to exchange, he could box and force Canelo to chase him around, but I doubt that happens. Once BJS gets hit and his fans who come to see him starts to cheer him on, he will get brave then that's when Canelo starts firing on all cylinders and catches the southpaw in an exchange with a straight right, or right uppercut and down goes BJS.. 50/50 fight that even the biggest of BJS fans realize. This will be no cakewalk for anybody. Who ever wins will earn it!

BJS all day long. Quick, slick, high boxing IQ and an iron chin.

BJS took a right hook from Andy Lee, he ate them like candy, Canelo DOES NOT have Andy Lee right hook power. That being said Saunders is cautious as hell by nature if he hurts Canelo, he won't necessarily go for the KO, just like he did with Lee, Saunders is far too intelligent to throw caution to the wind and fight with passion, he hates Eubank and was outboxing him for the majority of the match, and he never once deviated from his game plan.

Here he is talking about why he didn't finish off Lee when he had a chance, around 2 minutes in.

I figured somebody was going to refer to him taking Lee's punches implying that's proof he could take anything Canelo throws.. That's not always the case though, with Canelo's speed and ability to put punches together in combination like no one in the game right now, except JMM, it's going to be the punch that BJS doesn't see that will hurt him. Like missing with a left and getting countered over the top with a right hand, or slip and right uppercut. We all know what kind of a counter puncher Canelo is, and is capable of landing the shots I just said in the sequence I just said! Lee fights nothing like Canelo, so that fight really isn't a good example to why BJS should beat Canelo.
