Your right, but that also exposes BJS, because lets get real he got taken to the trenches tonight against a fighter as you put it has no amateur background, is getting getting poorly managed and still did really well

Got hit with some heavy shots took them well, i bet he was outweighed by 10lbs atleast. Ill admit thought Cej hurt him a few times but, That right jab when saunders stepped into it, really stopped eubanks in his tracks, he rocked him with that a few times. not so featherfisted as you lot say. :nut

I was impressed with Billy Joe apart from the last few rounds, nice boxing and his strength was the thing that surprised me. Billy Joe has earned his title shot, he has cleaned up domestically and won a European title unlike guys like Crolla and Rose. I think he would beat Lee but Korobov would have the edge over BJS imo.

I think both fighters from last night will go on to win world honours, I think saunders was very good early on and very slick too and could cause anyone problems with that style. Think he could of done more to avoid fighting the way Eubank wanted too toward the end of the fight but I think both will be top class.

reminded me about of butler vs hall. but saunders made it look better and avoided the more shots, the skillful man won the fight in the early rounds, the stronger bigger man come back well but it wasnt enough. Saunders beat Eubanks better than butler beat hall though.

After the 10th round his corner man one of the most experienced in the country gives him some advice and eubank jr repsonds " I heard you now stop talking" if he is that naïve to think he doesn't need advice especially at his age and after that performance ( personally he looked very very limited to me) he should retire

Neither is a world class fighter, last night proved that. If you watch the fight objectively, they make so many ridiculously poor mistakes.

Billy goes on about his diet and conditioning being improved this time around yet was utterly gone after the 9th. Shocking.

What does that have to do with anything? It was much more a result of Eubank throwing wildly and missing than anything BJS was doing.

The only chance either has of winning a world title is it Frank can keep the WBO hostage and won of them wins that.

Could you imagine putting either in with GGG? You need to reserve a plot at the local cemetery.

Saunders, unlike Eubank, is a humble enough lad to admit he couldn't beat Golovkin. Neither could anybody else at 160. So what? You picked Saunders to lose, and continue to snipe at him after he proved you wrong.
Guys who are 'gone' after 9 rounds don't win the 12th That's what it's got to do with it.;)

I didn't pick Saunders to lose. In fact I predicted he'd win on PTS.

It was still a low quality fighter which showed neither would be deserving world champs.

    Stop talking ****.

why does every british fighter need to be world level before we can have a discussion about them. Billy Joe saunders will win a title at some stage. He might not be top 5 in the division.

Given his next fight is for a world title, it'd be ideal if he was a world level boxer don't you think?

Couple of observations on last nights fight.
Firstly, the size difference...Eubank was much the bigger man, and this enhances BJS achievement for me. I would be surprised if we see CEJ at 160 much longer....or at least if he IS a middleweight , then BJS needs to move down to 154.

Secondly I was less impressed with BJSs boxing at range, which I expected to be better, but very impressed with the way he handled himself in the clinches, and with his chin and toughness and heart etc..he hung in there like a champ.

Overall as a spectacle, as entertainment, the fight was a disappointment for me. Their styles did not mesh well at all.
