Why? Savannah is amazingly skilled and beat Shields in the amateurs.

I wouldn't trust Jackson as far as I could throw him. He sold Kovalev down the river

I don't know anything much about Savannah but she certainly seems capable of making it a good fight
Claressa is the hometown fighter so due to the current corruption situation in the sport I cannot see Savannah winning a decision. Lets just hope its a good fight with the legitimately better fighter getting the win
JUST FOR ONCE !!!!!!! BTW Has Claressa's brother ever faced justice yet on that assault charge ????

on a side note: Did anyone see Shields getting out-pointing in her last MMA fight?

So if Marshall wins does she get to call herself the GWOAT?

I pay close attention to fighters, their make up and psychology and that is what I detect in Marshall. Very much an on top type of fighter who will crack when it’s put on her properly.

Won’t hit Marshall even if paid and would run away full stop.

Well unfortunately lots of people allow their dislike to cloud their judgment. I once hated Sugar Ray Leonard with a passion but would not allow it to cloud my judgment because at a certain point in time he was I hate to say the best fighter of his era a mean mother****er SOB in the ring.

    Absolutely

Boxing does bring a tribal element to its support, similar to football but most know deep down who they want to win and who actually is the favourite

On many levels tribal, race, nationality etc. A good example is the Mexico vs Puerto Rico boxing rivalry. I never forget when my guy Edwin “El Chapo” Rosario was to defend his his title against Julio Cesar Chavez. 2 excellent great champions. El Chapo was fantastic and I knew Chavez was excellent too but that night I realised he was exceptional as he walked right through El Chapo’s vaunted power and administered a proper beating. He literally took El Chapo’s soul. By way of comparison the brilliant late Hector “Macho” Camacho became transformed as a fighter after tasting El Chapo’s power that he was never the same.
