Never seen Floyd so relax and content with moving. The shots that he threw with bad intentions where very few, less than any fight that i can remember

Not taking away anything from his or Canelo's performance but where was his offense????

One of this things must have happened

    The elbow really was hurtin
He carried canelo to not taint his image
He adopted the win today, look good the next fight

Don't tell me he was scared of the power cuz Mosley almost fckd him up and the very next round he was throwing with full force and through the fight

The two RED go hand to hand...unless he was truly hurt.

That is what I was saying. He definitely won the fight easy, but didn't do much offensively.

People that I watched it with were acting as if Canelo got destroyed. No, he got outclassed.

Remember Mayweather said his fathers gameplan was that, and that he personally thought he could have done more and pushed for the ko.

I really do think there was some kind of respect for Canelos youth and supposed strength. That is the great thing about Money though, he can pretty much fight any style and win against any style

Floyd definitely knew that Canelo could at anytime put him down with a clean shot. Floyd was extra careful. But that is necessary for someone that outweighs him so damn much.

Mayweather was incredibly relaxed, not only during the fight, but also leading up to the fight. As for the fight itself, I've watched it a few times and he could have done more. Alvarez and Mayweather did a lot of posturing throughout the fight, but it did appear as though Mayweather was coasting.

It appears to me that Mayweather is in a really good place right now, in and out the ring.

I thought Floyd fought a masterful fight. He's a bonafide freak of nature in terms of reflexes, and seems to be improving over the course of he last few fights. Which is quite scary really.

For those of you who have the ability to rewatch the fight; can you describe what happened exactly to Floyd's elbow? Was it a freak accident, or do you think Nelo actually targeted this area? I'll admit that I was a few beers deep by the time the main event started.

Canelo fought Floyds fight so he didn't need to do much offensively. Everytime Canelo actually opened up he just got the shi t countered out of him. If Canelo had pressured Floyd instead of tryin to make it a chess match we would have seen Floyd throw and land a lot more punches
