Say Froch KO's Bute, does Ward come looking for unification/rematch?

"Kébék" would be just fine. :)

It depends on what's written down in the conditions of the match (we actually don't know whether the eventual rematch clause can be activated even in this case). If Bute would feel he lost just because of wrong match tactical approach, he would certainly stress for an immediate rematch. Though, I don't think he will be KOed by Froch, he is a too cautious fighter to let this happen (especially after what happened in the first Andrade match).

No I'm not. I'm from Northern Québec and have been living in Ontario for 9 years now. Grew up and spent 18 years in QC.

Don't forget we have to ASSUME Froch dismantles Bute by KO for the purpose of this very thread. Same goes out to you, Mark C.

Don't think you can postpone the rematch clause, like Pavlik-Martinez activated right away or loose it.

Yeah, but Johnson fight what was?So Froch-Johnson was a semifinal but Johnson-Bute isn`t at least a test?

At contrary if you take it this way, I think cause Bute clear cleare common opponents related to Froch, the last, rather is tested.

WHEN THE ONLY OTHER THREE BEST BEST MEN OF THE DIVISION REMAINED TO MEET IN THE RING, YOU HAVE THE BIGGEST KO RATIO OF THE DIVISION AND ONE OF THE HIGHEST IN BOXING AND YOU`RE FOUR YEARS NO PAUSE CHAMPION, IT`S NOT ABOUT TESTING.

Ward would jump at the chance as Froch is an old fighter who was past his best before he even won a world title.
Ward wants to avoid Bute, but wants the belts. That would be a way for him to do it without fighting Bute
