Well, I'm glad opinion is polarised, Fury is too I imagine since he seems to thrive on attention. Records aside, I believe he is more than a match for Wlad and is simply the more astute and natural fighter. He'll beat Wlad IMO and make him look a bit lost and basic in doing so. I wouldn't rule out any outcome however and believe a KO or UD/MD for both men is bettable. If you don't know how people can give him a chance, I suggest you watch his methodical beat-downs of Madalone, Johnson and Chisora II. Tyson Fury in the right mindset and well conditioned is the best heavy on the planet for me. Game on.:good
Yeah. Nice repost though. Wlad is a beast physically and has solid determination as his natural assets. All his boxing nous and skill has been drilled into him though it seems to me. Fury on the other hand is infinitely adaptable by comparison, fights inside and out, combinations and steady, single punches from either stance. All natural stuff Wlad couldn't dream of acquiring if he trained for another 20 years. Not to under-play Wlad since his Plan-A coupled with his physique and technique are so devastating. I just think an A-game Fury can weather the storm, make adjustments and, down the stretch, get to Wlad.
With Peter and John Fury on the scene now, there's simply no way that all avenues and angles won't be covered during training. Tyson is simply acting the fool to throw Wlad off if possible. Both guys are at the top of the tree in the most prestige division and will be all too aware that each represents the sternest challenge for the other in HW today. It'll be a cracking fight if it goes ahead, no-one will be relying on the other one fu¢king up to win. This will be the most legit HW fight since Lewis was on the scene I reckon.
I believe this is a fight ALL to do with who lands the big shot first. Both can hit so I can't see any skills in this, just simple Big Bang theory.
