Helenius (healthy) would literally kill Haye. Price would likely KO him. Chagaev, Boytsov, Fury & maybe Pulev would most likely also win, as Haye would be afraid to engage with them. (Same for Wilder, though it's tough to mention Wilder these days with any shred of credibility.) Adamek, Perez, Jennings & Arreola would all be reasonable fights, (for differing reasons) but no one would expect Haye to beat any of them easily. I'd personally bet money on Perez & Jennings. Haye will likely beat Chisora, but what will that prove? Haye should go back down to CW, or actually retire.
