Just keep these two irrefutable facts in mind, *******s:

Pacquiao and his team wanted no part of the version of Sugar Shane that Floyd fought. They also had their opportunity for a rematch with Cotto before he signed to fight Floyd, but Manny was unwilling to go above 147 for this fight even though he went to 150 to fight Margocheato. :yep

Manny still has no business fighting at WW at that time and he thought he's not fit to fight at WW at that time. But as huge $$$ were put in the table, with the Cotto fight a more lucrative fight than Mosley's he chose to fight Cotto at 144. IMO

And he fought Margo at 150 coz he knows that 154 will be too much for him. The only problem is that the fight should haven't been a title fight. And of course, a belt on the line means more money and more people will watch the fight.

Well as we all know, Packy doesnt want to fight at 150 anymore let alone 154. He already previously stated that.

According to Bob Arum's numbers, Pacquiao earned more against Mosley than he did against Cotto. Not only did Cotto command a higher purse than Mosley, but the Mosley fight also outsold the Cotto fight by nearly 100k PPVs, and this was after Mosley was completely dominated by Floyd and looked like absolute **** against Mora. Pacquiao and his team wanted no part of Shane before it was made abundantly clear that he was pretty much done. End of story.

Yes, he did go to 150 to fight Cheato, and Cotto made that point when they demanded that he drain down to 147 for a Pacquiao rematch. :deal

Yeah, Roach is the one who said Mosley was "too big" before he looked like a total sack of **** in two consecutive fights. The fact remains, Mosley called his ass out and Manny and his team wanted no parts of that version of Sugar Shane, and WTF does Roach have to do with Manny being unwilling to go above 147 to fight Cotto when he's already gone to 150 for Cheato? :think

Coz fightfans was expecting Pac to fight a Black fighter:D

Well of course, 2009 is different from 2011, coz Pac's stock increases as he fights more, and that better marketing of the fight adds to it.

Mosley was also coming off two consecutive **** poor performances, so you could say that his stock had decreased dramatically.

The simple fact is that Pacquiao and his team took what they thought would be the easier fight (Cotto coming off a brutal TKO loss and a SD win over Clottey vs. Mosley coming off a very impressive TKO win over Cheato).

Oh you mean the version of Mosley that couldnt win against Sergio Mora 5 months later?

Pacquiao was like 1 year into WW when he supposedly 'ducked' shane. And he fought Cotto, who beat Shane anyway.

Floyd was a WW for 5+ years and he hadnt fought any of the big names during that period. He just got around to fighting Shane, and now he's fighting Cotto in 2012. A joke.

If Floyd want to be consider as great as Pac is he needs to knock out Monte Barrett at heavyweight.

Out of Floyd own mouth: What Pac is doing is equivalent to as if I was knocking out heavyweight :deal.
