Say what you will about Sosnowski

    But the man deserves respect. I honestly thought the fight would be over between round 5-8. Sosnowski all the way till the end was at least trying to win, a fight in which he was just out gunned. His heart and determination in this fight, all the way to the 10th round were impressive. Props to Sosnowski for trying to win a fight he was meant to lose. He did a better job then I anticipated. :bbb

    Respect to both fighters.

    :thumbsup Yeah props he came to win and fought to the end which is more then most of the heavy's now days,, And unlike haye he at least had the balls to step in the ring:deal

    He never stopped trying and attacked often. I would say he can hold his head up high....

    Hopefully he has earned himself a couple more nice paydays with his gutsy performance tonight. Put Kevin Johnson to shame.

    He showed up and tried to win the fight. As opposed to Kevin "***** pin" johnson, who tried not to get punched all night.

    Apparently being in shape means your on roids now as well. Sosnowski needs to follow his american HWs example and show up fat and out of shape. That will prove he isnt on PEDs

    My trainer (Jumbo) was in Alberts corner tonight. He text me just after and said Albert was really upset at losing. He gave it his all. I replyed that I think he will get some decent paydays off the back of that and he did much better than most of Vitali's opponents!!!

    Yes Sosnowski does deserve more respect than people gave him coming into this bout, he is still young enough to be a World Champ someday.

    Agree with the OP. His salute to the crowd at the end of 9 was beautiful.

    Obviously he got a horrible pasting but he might - might - have done himself a favour. Perhaps he can push on, get some nice pay.

    Sosnowski was just as good as Tony Galento, Ossie Ocasio, Karl Mildenberger, Al Lewis, or Frank Bruno. and he was better than Marvis Frazier, Chuckk Wepner, Jean Pierre Coopman, Alfredo Evangelista or Buster Mathis. Good effort by Sosnowski, he gave a spirited and credible performance. he showed good skills speed and power. Vitali was simply too good.
