Just over a year ago I started boxing, in 3 months I went from being a 61kg skinny teen with NO muscle and barely any fat apart from a flabby stomach, to 64-65kg toned with a 4 pack, constantly getting complimented. About a month ago when I was at a physical peak and at 62kg, I had a six pack and was ripped due to training for a fight, usually my body is well trimmed all over.

I have not had a tough training session for about 3 weeks now, usually its 3 times a week but due to other commitments, and the fact Xmas is approaching so training has become more relaxed, I have not let off much of a sweat in the gym and we have a 2 week break at the end of this week for Xmas. LOL im already losing my body which gives me my confidence, im down to a weak four pack and generally I feel like ive lost tone, and the big Xmas dinners and snacks will be coming out soon. Im just wondering if it will be easy to get back to where I was within a week or two? once you reach a certain point in fitness aesthetically, is it easy to get back quickly?

Just indulge like everyone else but don't go overboard like everyone else. ;-)

Chill the **** out. Christmas lasts a few days. Have fun, relax and don't be scared of getting fat from a few days of eating a bit more than usual.
