Yes, it was quite one sided bout. Vitali could not knock him out like anyone else but it was first fight after a severe injury.

It was his first fight with a shoulder that didn't allow hard punches anymore, since then, he needed accumulation. Hoffmann also was both taller and heavier than Klitschko, had an iron head until that fight, but still couldn't win rounds. That is HOFFMANNs best scenes in the entire fight, not a sane recap. After this fight, Hoffmann was ruined, and his chin gone, he could barely speak after the fight, and got punchdrunk from an old out of shape MIROVIC afterwards.

Now please explain what a 6'8" 250lb mans style has in common with a 5'10" 220lb fighters. Tyson and Hoffmann are a Formula 1 car vs. a truck.

So there in ony fighter out of 37 wins for Vitali who could last the distance with him someone needs to make a thread about Vitali having problems??

Tyson has been taken the distance by lesser fighters, big deal. Hoylfield went 12 with little Bobby Chyz, Ali struggles with 188 pounds Doug Jones. Vitali would crap on Jones or Chyz any day.

Having hard time with Timo Hoffman proves that both Wlad and Vitali would take down Mike Tyson. :huh

    That’s some weird logic.

Not KO'ing Hoffmann certainly doesn't prove that Tyson would beat the Klitschkos. Tyson's less than stellar performance against Bonecrusher Smith doesn't mean he would lose to the Klitschkos either.

Actualy Tyson dominated Smith and won that match easily.

    It was very good performance.

Smith was 6'4" and 233lb and the visibly well bigger man, Vitali is another 4" and 20lb heavier. The size difference would be HUGE. Not saying that prime Tyson cannot win, but it would be MUCH more diffcult to beat a prime Vitali of the Herbie Hide fight, as opposed to this Smith. Tyson would have to punch MUCH higher, almost needing to jump into his punches to reach the chin. That would take away a lot of momentum from the punch, and make the setup more difficult. Hoffmann was same size as Vitali, he didn't have that problem. However, Hoffmann is a footnote of history, Vitali is a two times champion losing fights only on injury.

Is that on a loop I seen a few clips that looked the exact same. Anyway 5 minutes does tell the full 36 minutes of that fight
