    I was wondering the same thing, why would any boxing fan want to see a fight stopped because of headbutt?

    it was just an example. Actually, unless Shane slumps forward, he might not get butt in a place bad enough to stop the fight like the ridge of his eyebrow. I'm trying to think of where Manny's giant Filipino dome can contact him since Shane has about 3 inches of height on him I think?

    Hard to head butt when there are inches separating both guys in height. The only one that it's gonna hurt it the taller guy cuz he can't get his head down as easily.

    best scenario Manny wins and decides to fight SMM @ 154. Worst outcome Shane wins and decides to fight the winner of Cotto and Margarito.

    I don't remember ever seeing too many fights without an occasional butt, I don't see this as a problem here, neither guy I feel would do it intentionally, but certainly it will happen, hopefully just not bad.

    Why the thread starter is hoping for a Championship fight ending early due to a head butt is beyond me. I'm hoping for an exciting fight, where a clear winner is produced and not a fight waived off due to a Head Butt!

    I hope it doesn't happy but understand this is the nature of the sport. I highly doubt the heads come together simply because PAC, although unorthodox, he's very controlled and has a great awareness for distance. Shane is also very good usually at being controlled and not getting wild. So I think it's going to be a great fight where PAC ends up dominating..

    we'll see....really looking forward to this one!

    I want Mosley to win so he can retire and fell good about it. But Pac-Man will most likely win in a 12 rd decision

    Finally!!!! Someone with a sense of COMPREHENSION!!! Thank you. People/Posters like you are sorely needed and appreciated. "In the thread"...I actually wrote exactly my thoughts in expressing that "I hope is doesn't happen". What was in the title was simply a mistype. It's kind of sad that ESB is now full of followers instead of people with a sense of individuality or the ability to think for themselves. It's always "One Guy" (and in the case of my threads, THE SAME ****ING GUY), that says something completely ****ing stupid, then everyone else just follows like a damn child. It's kind of like an idiot yelling fire while running in a crowded building....but no-one else bothers to check if there is a fire, just starts running too.

    KIND OF SAD ACTUALLY:-(
