Casa was never a chinny fighter. the shots that droppeed him were perfectly placed and had power behind them, that was the first time casa was stopped in his career.

I think everyone is forgetting what marquez is capable of, dont read to much in to his last fight against floyd it was never going to be his day that fight was all wrong for him.

I will say marquez is very capable of stopping khan, but patience is the key if he can absorb some early punishement from khan which i believe he can, then just pick his shots, go to the body and work the uppercut i see no reason why khan wont be ko'd.

So rather than fighting Maidana, he is looking to capitalise on another fighter smaller than him and on the decline but with a name.

Marquez is still a slight threat but this is so obviously an exercise in pretending to make a fight that matters while really cashing in like Barrera

But I bet the fans still go out and buy it in their droves. I feel sorry for them because they will still complain about how boxing is on the decline. I wonder why

I was disappointed in Khan not fighting Madaina but if he is facing JMM instead then he should be applauded. JMM is slipping and fighting at a weight too big for him but he will still beat Khan. Khan doesn't have the experience or chin for JMM. Khan's youth and size might give him an early lead but JMM is too smart and skilled not to figure Khan out. When he does it will end quick. JMM by mid to late ko.

The longer the fight goes on the more it will favour Marquez IMO.

    JJM late stoppage.

This would be a bad fight for Amir,he still needs a few more fights before going to that level.Maidana is a better fight for him.

i pick khan coz JMM is old and i don't think 140 is his best weight... JMM who fought pac would KO khan though.

JMM is a tough fighter, no two ways about it even considering his age.

the problem when you're old is when you face an opponent with speed and in this case khan has plenty. JMM power will still be there i just doubt if he has the same reflexes at this stage of his career specially at 140.

He should be a bit quicker at 140 than 144 and he's not facing a guy as skilled as Money.

No! What about Maidana? Why doesn't he just rematch Barrera for Christ's sake. This is crap.

This is by no means a easy fight but to duck a big puncher to fight a declining fighter = Golden Boy Promotions move to protect 1 of their new assets.

Golden Boy would be stupid to put him in a fight like Madiana when they have only just signed Khan.

    What are you talking about?!

Barerra was a really faded/shot fighter.

So, just because JMM lost to the P4P fighter + going 2 divisions up to fight him and loses makes him a shot Barrera?
    No, I don't think so.

JMM is a huge threat to Khan(Even more so than Maidana). JMM has more than enough power to KO Khan.

i dont know why people its writing off jmm like that,he is the only one that has giving some hell to paquiao recently, and beat the crap out of diaz..."a mere con" will not be able to handle jmm, unless of course the policy from gb mandates that he has to lose for khan to raise...anyways,watch prescott fight, even though he changed trainers, his glass chin is the same, and jmm its a counterpuncher...mark my words!
