Bet you are right behind Amir, you shirt lifting scumbag!. Carl Froch has done it again , His words have had the desired effect.
Can't wait to hear Carl's response... No doubt it will be spoken in third person and he will mention his "warrior mentality" for the zillionth time.
just sticking up for his employee.. hearns admitted that the bbc made a small blunder and corrected it.
Biased as he is, Schaefer is probably right. The whole thing is a bit unnecessary though. British boxing doesn't need two of it's three big names slagging each other off, especially when they are both as prone to making daft statements as the other.
Ok. On another note though, Kell Brook actually went up in my estimation this weekend. If it had been Kell getting sparked out, Khan would've been on twitter gloating before he'd even hit the canvas. Brook was actually very classy.
A three-time world champion. One who won back titles in the ring, not in the press thanks to hat man, Oscar and an opponent failing a doping test.
froch said the same thing everyone else is saying, it's not a big deal, no need for khan to spit the dummy out. He's too worried about what people think about him he needs to stop worrying about **** like that and start worrying about correcting his flaws.
I don't see anything there that warrants this ridiculous backlash from Khan and Schaefer. Froch was asked a question and have a honest answer on what he'd do. If Froch said something like ''He's just not world class, can't sell tickets in U.S and really isn't worth Sky's bother anymore after two defeats in a row'' then i could understand the reaction cos that would be bollocks.
That defeat didn't just physically hurt the boy and his team but it seriously ripped their chances of making a name for themselves in the elite sense. Froch's comment just slapped the reality in some way or another, Froch gave his opinion without being disrespectful in my opinion.
