Which these articles would quote what the *******s contend that Pacquiao has agreed to.....

Pacquiao and the *******s contend that he has agreed to full random testing.
That means no test windows.

Yet these article dont give a mention of it......only that drug testing is not an issue any longer.

The fans have been left in the dark in regards to this issue of drug testing.......have they agreed to the 24 days, the 14 days, or is it as Pacquiao alluded to, full random testing?
