Schaefer khan fight “worst home cooking I’ve ever seen”

Jesus Christ it wasn't even a robbery in the slightest.
It was a close fight thr could have gone either way if khan hadn't got himself 2 points taken off for not listening to the referee.

For ducks sake PAC vs JMM and Paulie vs Diaz were robberys. This isn't anywhere near that category whatsoever. It's just a spoiled beat of a fighter not accepting he was beaten

 

The ref was a ***.

 

khans team should get the rematch signed already. instead theyd rather ***** and moan about a loss.

itd be pretty funny if lamont tells him to rematch prescott or maidana before he gets a shot at the titles

 

watchd it again ref clearly says around the 1:30 mark of the 6th no pushing final warning watch it i cant find it on youtube but he says it

Khan was warned docking was fair

 

that's not saying much because he hasn't been in boxing for that long.

 

Schaefer is a huge arsehole for trying to claim that fight was hometown cooking, especially with all of the fouls that Khan committed but only got deducted two points. I can name a couple fights right off the top, where Schaefer's own fighters benefitted from bad refereing, or judges that were just plain bought off. Agbeko vs Mares I, and Guzman vs Funeka I come to mind. Mares, and Guzman being the beneficiary of being the Golden Boy fighter in each of those fights.

 

I think this is one thing that everyone on ESB can agree on. 'Schaefer don't know **** about boxing'

 

I was leaning toward Khan, or maybe a draw. The point deductions changed that though. No robbery at all. Khan got away with using his elbow, forearm, and also repeatedly pulling Peterson's head down, and leaning on him, outside of repeatedly pushing Peterson off. Some ref's would have DQ'd Khan.

Mares vs Agbeko I was a robbery. Guzman vs Funeka I was a robbery. In each of those fights the Golden Boy fighter benefitted from being the Golden Boy fighter. Both were actual robberies. Khan vs Peterson was Khan repeatedly fouling, then blaming the ref for actually having the audacity to do his job and deduct points. Laughable.
