    He clearly meant like when Pacquiao was about 18 in the Philippines and had a full time job to support his boxing habit, being that Maidana is an Argentine taxi driver.

    Young Pacquiao, hmmm?

    A win some-lose some multi weight titlist who has been in exciting fights with an all out offensive motor?

    It is a crazy stretch, but he's actually complementing Pacquiao by stating a 33 year old who he promotes and is promoting for a big fight, is like a "young Pacquiao." "Young Pacquiao" could mean 24 year old Pacquiao. Could mean younger.
