    I don't see why it's selling so bad. Marquez is the second ranked pound-for-pound fighter in the world.

    It makes no sense to me. I think it's because people wanted Mayweather to fight Pac-Man, and since they didn't get the fight they are hating on him for it. Pac-Man gets no flack though.

    How many Americans even know who JMM is? Just recently he had a good run against Casamayor and Diaz. But prior to that he was getting knockdown by Pacman. Fought in one of the worst unification fights against Derrick Gainer. And was in the shadow of Morales and MAB for years.

    The only certainty is that Mayweather will do far better numbers fighting JMM than Pac did fighting JMM. If it actually does better than Pac/Cotto, that really sends Top Rank's leverage down the pisser if a potential Pac/PBF fight happens.

    Wow, you don't have much of an opinion of JMM. You forget how many Mexican/Americans there are in this country, besides others who are big fans of JMM?

    He is now like I said because of his run against Casamayor and Diaz. But he isnt that 'dude' that Mexican/American fight fans will go out of their way to watch like Morales or MAB.

    This has been a tough year for GBP. Their prospects have been dropping like flies, and now 20 million is tied up in a fight that very few are genuinely interested in.

    Pac vs JMM featured two guys who don't speak English as a first language and it didn't have a 24/7 show to promote it. Really not a fair comparison. It still sold out its live gate, something this fight has failed to do.

    people have a exuse for everything one minute they say they wont buying the PPV because the card is weak... now the undercard is looking good they are saying oh its becz the main event wont sell alone....
