50/50 makes no sense Manny has a belt at 147 and 140 so Marquez can pick whic hhe wants to challenge

Champ gets bigger split not to mention Manny owns the only win in the series

I like this fight better than Margo and maybe even Mayweather because it brings back those old fashioned boxing rivlarys that we dont see too much of anymore

JMM does. Schaefer is just staking out a negotiating position that is ridiculous enough to give Arum a 'non starter' stance. Part of Schaefer's job is to pretend that JMM commands that much respect.

JMM had a chance to jump on PAC in a rematch but refused it for money. He went on to fight for peanuts and lost to John. He's been chasing him ever since. JMM is letting his management team screw him over again.

 

So what Schaefer is essentially saying is we DON'T want to fight Pac ever again.

 

Yep. Pac's been ****ing up with their cash Flow. Look what Pac did to FLoyd. Pac sent Floyd to an early vacation without even fighting him.

we don't know how well Marquez would still hold up at the higher weights. Anybody would look like **** against Mayweather. He should have never fought Mayweather at a catchweight if he wanted a fight with Manny down the line. Hindsight being 20/20...

I thought about it and Marquez is the only guy that deserves a 50/50 cut. In reality though, Pac ain't giving up anything less than a 60 percent cut to potentially lose and lose his options down the line
