If Khan thought he still needed time to grow, he shouldn't have gotten a belt. When you become a champ, its time to act like a champ, development is going to have to come on the fly fighting top competition.

Like you moaning and stomping your feet is gonna make that happen...

For Khan to prove himself, and clean up the division he will have to take on at least 2 of the top 3 fighters - so you'll get your wish before the year is out.

Katsidis is definitely a good tune-up - especially given that Mitchell was touting himself as legitimate opposition a few days ago.

Katsidis is a big strong 135 - and a good test - before the real challenge.

In all honesty, most people are surprised he's getting back in so soon.

We're looking at 3 fights this year instead of two....I for one can't complain.

Keep it up Khan - I'm not fully convinced that he can dominate - but it looks like he's putting his chin where his mouth is....

Hey I could try to kiss his ass like his dumb ****ing followers or try to be an objective boxing fan, I"m going the objective route.

Khan is a joke fighting a 135 fighter after he just fought the joke of Paulie. Explain to me why he needs a tune up after this fight? If Khan still needed tests he shouldn't have grabbed a belt, but I"m not going to give him a pass for ducking legit opposition to fight ****ing scrub blown up 135 fighters.

Nothing sorry. I misread the points you were trying to make. I agree with them.

I am just pretty pissed off at the moment. All these people claiming Khan is overrated and how Paulie is going to out-box him and beat him and now people are still not giving Khan any respect, they are still saying he is avoiding Maidana, who can't fight because of his back in the first place. And now people are even saying that Khan should beat Maidana because Maidana can't fight, all these people were the same people that said Khan would get knocked out without any questions asked! So to me its like no matter what Khan does people are going to discredit him, regardless.

Amir Khan is one of the big guys in this division, his time to fight them will come, there is no possible way he can avoid them, even if he wanted to! Its so annoying that people have this hateful little opinion of him.

Katsidis is a great pressure fighter that could actually hurt Khan! So if this fight was made it would be because they want to know how he deals with intense pressure from a fighter like Katsidis. Simple as that.

Tell me why does khan need a ****ing tune up fight after fighting Paulie? What does he need to tune up, why is a 140 champ fighting 135 fighters? I bet you are a person that shitted on Floyd for fighting the "smaller" JMM and Hatton, so explain to me why should the self proclaimed Khan get a pass for fighting the joke of a fighter Katsidis, who looks great KO'ing bums, but gets outclassed clearly everytime he fights a elite fighter?

Listen. Realistically if Khan was going to fight next it would be in 5-6 months. What's wrong with having a fight before Ramadan? Just to get one in before the big boys? Actually answer me what's wrong with that?

Do you know what Ramadan is? It's where Muslims fast for a month. Khan wouldn't be able to fight then for a while due to that. So squeezing a fight against a guy who just Knocked out Mitchell is no disgrace.

Everyone was saying Mitchell should go in with Khan and Mitchell gets knocked out now what's wrong with Katsidis then? A guy who has PUNCH. Haters like you want to see him get in with a puncher. He does it and still gets critisized? :patsch
If you know anything, you'd know Khan is still green and not at the superior level of Bradley and Alexander.

Maidana is injured, so he can't ****ing fight him anyway. So what's wrong huh??

And actually, when Khan was in talks with JMM everyone was saying why is Khan fighting a smaller guy, so I said Floyd did so what's wrong with it. If anything I was ****ing defending them.

Seriously, fair enough, hate to a limit, but there's a limit and then there's just plain stupidity.

I think they are doing a great job avoiding Midana...just wait it out and fight the guy when his back injury gets better. He already got paid off to fight Kayo once they going to pay this guy off again? And he seems to want to let Alexander and Bradley duck it out before he steps in there with them. Like he's earned the right to be calling out either...let a lone telling them who to fight before he faces them. If Khan's going to continue waltz around Midana what I would like to see is the two GBP ******s face eachother to see which former knockout patsy should be allowed a chance to mix it up with the big boys again.

Here are some quotes and facts. And when you read these. I will ask you to please, be quiet. Okay? Keeewl.

"However, scheduling a London fight before the start of Ramadan, in early August, does not give his guru time to prepare him for another fight at elite level"

Do you see what that means wonder boy? Basically, they want Khan to have a home-coming fight against a light fighter but because of the amount of time between then and now, they won't have enough time to train him for an elite fighter. That's plain and simple.

    Here's another quote sherlock.

"Roach says: 'Malignagi's courage and awkwardness made this a long, hard fight. Amir needs a rest and ideally we would need nine weeks in training camp in LA to get ready for another topflight opponent. But we can handle an interim bout in England in late July or early August"

There we go. Now do you understand? Good. :good
