Mayweather does not put on no 10 lbs. on fight night. The guy keeps himself in excellent shape. Who cares if Floyd is the bigger man? Cotto was bigger than Pac. Oscar was bigger than Floyd. If Pac was fighting Margo or even Mosley at WW I could understand a catchweight. Asking for Mayweather to fight at a catchweight would just be a transparent attempt to drain Mayweather.

no floyd has the berto mosley winner which would do over a 1 million buys..pac has no other option but floyd. I agree the fight will get made at a 60-40 split as it should be since floyd is the bigger draw.

As a fellow Pac fan. I disagree with you mate. You don't seem to have too much confident on our boy Pac here. Trust me. Whether it be 147 or 145, it doesn't matter. Pac will give Floyd hell and has a great chance of winning.

I'm coming out of the closet and claim that I am a certified "*******" but I honestly think that catchweight is a non-issue on a Pac/PBF fight. Mayweather's style is not imposing his size on anyone. Whether he's 154, 147 or 140, his style does not change. He does not take advantage of his weight. Look at the PBF/Marquez fight, weight issue had nothing to do, it was more "reach" than anything else. It'd be more fair to ask for a "catchreach" if it was possible.

i was 100% confident that Pac would beat Cotto, wether it was at 147 or 145. I said word for word "Pac can go to war and beat Cotto or box and beat Cotto".

But the fact is I thought it was fair game that the fight was at catchweight. Same **** applies to Floyd.

most say that cotto, and de la hoya are both bigger than floyd. if he fought 2 guys that were already bigger than floyd why defend your welterweight title at a catch weight?

why not make it a real ww fight at the 147lb limit. pac doesnt have to weigh 147 he can still weigh 144 if he wants.

his choice. he wants to fight ww's right? then fight ww's.

the split should be even. both parties have reason to want more but a 50/50 split is what needs to happen.

it should be at catchweight. around 145 where he defeated cotto. besides, pac weighed 144 and floyd weighed 146 in their last fight so 145 is perfect weight. let's face it, pac is a legit force at WW now but he is still small compared to the average welter of even average light welter.

team fraud is pretending to want the fight, for the time being. They will eventually price themselves out.

floyd is a spoiled handpicker used to having his own way. he will never let Arum handpick him to be a sacrificial lamb for Pac Man.

Just wait and see how fraud is going to weasel out of the fight, mark my words.
