Haven't watched much of him, but I've heard a ton about him. So...

    Best & worst attributes?

Can he move up in weight or will he stay where he is?

His best wins and performances are?

Who do you see beating him in his division?

How would he fare against the top guys of his division of the last 15 years?

Best attribute is his natural power, he doesn’t have to load up on shots to hurt you.

Worst attribute is he is flat footed.

His best performance is the indongo fight, I liked his defence more in the Flanagan fight tho.

A skilled fighter with good footwork would school him, he is tailor made for Crawford. I think Josh Taylor is the only guy I would pick to beat him in this current crop so I make no.2 in the division atm.

    I'll take a shot.

Best attributes: Power, angles, body punching, head movement and his left hand (straight, hook, overhand, uppercut)

Worst attributes: Defence (sloppy) and right hook.

Best wins: Flanagan and Indongo but I enjoyed his fight with Abel Ramos, and he destroyed Joel Diaz jr (unbeaten prospect) Flanagan was best performance considering opposition.

Who CAN beat him: Josh Taylor & Jose Ramirez. I'm talking about 140, not fighters coming up or down. Postol's style gives him real problems too. But Prograis can win those fights.

Last 15 years: I don't think he stacks up VS the very best at this point. Beating Flanagan doesn't tell us a lot about how he fares with Crawford, Pac, Hatton, Judah etc as he's not proven to be the best 140 currently, but he is good.

He is a powerful puncher. And his chin is very strong. He's more than happy to trade punches.
But his defense is... let's say it's not perfect.

I don't see him moving up in weight in the nearest future.

Well prepared Josh Taylor with a good trainer in his corner should beat Prograis.
Also, I would love to see a fight between Prograis and Postol (if the latter is not too shot at the moment) — that would be an excellent match-up as well.

I think Taylor just asked some questions of him, and we got answers.

He has good defense, good power, and a hell of a chin, mediocre stamina, waits too much, flat footed, low ring IQ, and doesn't set up his power shots.

He is a counter puncher, he isn’t a fan of leading, he likes his opponents to open up and he catches them with these short hooks and straight punches. He is flat footed but has excellent upper body movement, Josh kinda fought prograis fight I think he could of made it easier on himself if he moved and used his foot speed advantage. Prograis is a warrior though, he tried his best till the end and respect to him and josh for treating us to a very good final.

Despite his flat footed fighting style, I think Prograis can handle fighters who engage him from distance. The most impressive adjustment from Taylor was his ability to lean into Prograis. By doing so, he denied Prograis the room he needs to be slippery and shoot counters. Taylor’s a bad man and I hope there’s no delay or loss of belts before the Ramirez fight. The better man between the two of them deserve the status and bump in pay that accompany unified champs.

I was surprised by the outcome of last night's fight. Taylor better than I thought, Prograis not quite the fighter I thought. Prograis can take a punch but he seemed to not sense the magnitude of the moment last night. I felt like he could have elevated his game to stop Taylor but obviously that didn't happen.

He'd give Postol a beat down. Taylor just stepped his game up last night, while Prograis kinda underperformed.
