    Some PEDs would be out of PACACHEATS system within hours, so
    PACACHEAT only needs to know when the blood tests are to stop taking the PED for a few hours.

    If this was true then what is the big deal about agreeing to random blood testing? Is it really that big of a step up from this?

    read the first post in the thread again. Pacquiao has virtually no chance to cheat with the kind of testing proposal he made -- including the testing at his dressing room right after the fight. He has scientists explaining to him there is no way anyone can cheat and still not get caught -HGH, EPO and other substances on the WADA list detectable by urine test which will be taken every day. And Mayweather still doesn't want to fight? I would refer you to Jeff mayweather's interview a month ago about a certain fight in UK for the reason lol

    why shouldn't floyd be satisfied? this is a lot tougher than the current way of testing. need i remind you that pac is innocent, and that blood testing is not even in the commission guidlines.

    Your links are invalid and incorrect, the only way to guarantee no cheating is random blood testing, urine testing is insufficient and pre-planned blood testing can be disguised

    So do you think Pacquaio turned down the contract because hes a cheat or because hes ducking Mayweather?

    all fights last year did not have any blood tests. do you claim all those fighters have something to hide?

    floyd made a new rule and the fight fell through because of it, that is all there is to it. what team pac proposed wa sufficient enough, apparantly schaeffer and elerbee were trying to pursuade floy but he said no!

    His boy from the streets hooked him up with a PhD in pharmacy and chemistry along with a degree in law and not to mention he made summa cum laude all in one day. That makes his statements more legit than those fake scientists who work at laboratories.

    You idiot. If the case was that Pac used drugs to rise up in weights...well he is now up in weights, so technically he wont need them anymore. Of course, Pac can always just stop using drugs specifically for this fight to earn 40mil...You act like Pac would def be found guilty if he took the tests, worst case scenario that Pac is guilty, he just wouldnt do drugs for this fight.
