Actually PAC's name was never in question bro. The only reason why PAC's name is in question is b/c of unsubstantiated rumors that have no leg to stand on. That way he never had to say the words...."I don't want to face a difficult challenge like Manny...I'll reject his offer of a fight"..

He was fine with coming up with a BS story about roids...Planted the seed ahead of time so that he'd have a way out of the fight.

Wrong. They don't single out an athlete for repeated blood testing, ever. The only time they've done this is with this new beta and voluntary longitudinal testing where they will create a blood passport of the athlete, whereby they take extreme amounts of blood and do a workup. This workup creates a map of their blood, and it can be though of as a legend of sorts. Atheletes are invited to participate, but its definitely not required.

What Mayweather wants is very close to longitudinal testing, which is just downright ludicrous.
