What are the official rules regarding the scoring of round 1? 10-10, 9-9, Or do you give an extra point to who dominated the round, disregarding the KD's? So a 10-9 round? 2. If fighter A was completely dominating a round, like beating fighter B to a pulp. Then in the last 10 seconds, fighter B got lucky with a punch that put fighter A down. Fighter A got up no problem. Then the bell goes. How would you score that round?
They both went down once so they cancel each other out, I thought Martinez won the round so my score was 10-9 Martinez. For 2 you score then round 10-9 to fighter B (because A clearly won the round apart from the knockdown). If B won the round or if there's any doubt as to who won the round it's usually scored 10-8 to fighter B. But if fighter A was the clear winner but got dropped, it's 10-9 to fighter B.
Yep. Thats a clear example of how round 7 of Marquez-Barrera should of been...10-9 for MAB, had they counted the legit KD.
