1:33 1:13 biggest punch of the 12th left of PAC ..Watch closely everyone of JMMs punches were blocked he got in a couple of jabs..that was it..you can tell me the exact time when PAC got hit clean
Tough. Pacquiao was only active cumulatively for under a minute of the entire round, but when he was active he landed well for the most part.
A clear PAC round. I can see why JMM didnt take the rematch immediately (I think he is unsure if he can win against the Pacman in the rematch) thats why he needed more time to fight Pac again.
I do score jabs but PAc just landed more even gracing left at :50 is better than the 3 jabs that JMM landed in the round..and the final exchange its PAc who got the left hook in. The very beginning of the fight even though JMM was busy..2:49PAC landed a quick left to show Im fair..I would be more inclined to give JMM rd 9 than this round either way its was a close fight...Im sick and tired of the **** PAC won the 1st and got schooled the rest. Im also tired of people who discredit JMM..this guy after getting up the 3rd time was still getting smashed and he stayed up. I would say this..at the end of the day..it was a draw and had the judge gave the 10-6 PAc would have won..thats all there is to it..!! It was a great fight!
WOW! I had JMM winning that round rather handily. Most everything Pac threw was blocked, and while neither landed any really telling blows, to me JMM's jab was effective and he showed more "ring generalship" as in being the man who controlled the pace of the fight and where the exchanges took place. 10-9 JMM
tell me the second or exact time when JMM landed.Ive already posted my breakdown. The reason is simple I want to see what punch landed for JMM
It was a little closer than several of the previous rounds, but you're absolutely correct in your analysis of the round. JMM clearly controlled the round and outgeneraled Pac with the jab, controlling pace and distance. You want to know what generaling is in that round.....look at the times Pac is made to backtrack by JMM's advances, when JMM gets close enough so that Pac is in danger, Pac covers up both hands to his facial area with no intentions to get in position to punch until he has either gotten away, or JMM has siezed the initiative..... .....in contrast, look at when Pac advances and JMM retreats.....Marquez is always with his eyes on the target, and he's positioning his feet to be able to counter. What Pac does in the round is what limited fighters do, what JMM does is what great fighters are all about! Round to JMM, he outjabbed and he controlled Pac around the ring!
Probably a close Pac round, but what does that prove? Even if that pushes someone's scoring ahead by that tiny margin that it becomes barely a Pac win or barely a draw - it was a close fight, a draw was fair and accurate representation of the fight's ebb and flow regardless of whether the ten point must system was technically adhered to properly for every round by every judge, and it's water under the bridge, a done deal and irreversible. The score will be settled one way or another soon enough. :good
