Me too lol... You can beat a guys ass for almost a full round, and not put him down, and then that guys who was doing the beating gets put down, and the beat up guy who stayed on his feet only wins 10-9 lol... Bunch of biting ass imitation Larry Merchants lol...

No offense but this is why so many people have scoring ****ed up. Your logic is flawed.

"Every knock down is a point. If you are knocked down 2 times, the score will be 10 points to 7. If there is a point deduction for an illegal blow (hitting below the belt or behind the head) the fighter who caused the deduction will lose a point.

It would be a 9-9 round like I said.

That's not relevant to this thread. Everybody agrees that if the winner of a round is deducted a point for an illegal action that the score would be 9-9.

It doesn't make sense when people are saying "BUT HE WOULD HAVE WON THE ROUND IF HE NEVER GOT KNOCKED DOWN"!!!???!!

But he DID get knocked down!

i know what i'm talking about!!!!!!!!

i know judges and most boxing fans score like that, but it shouldn't be that way.because when they do, they are actually giving 2 points for only 1 knockdown.

if you're having problems understanding that, then **** me you're ******ed.

go and do the maths the way i said, and you'll find that this is the way it should be done in order to get the most accurate score card.

If A fighter gets beaten fairly in a round and puts his opponent B down I score it 10-9 for A fighter

    look at Adamek-Cunningham round 4

I belive that if you you are unable to give particural round to one fighter you don't know how to score a bout.
