How did you score the following fights?

His 10 rounder against Kirkland Laing. I scored this one several years ago and I think I scored it for Duran, mostly due to some under appreciated bodywork he put in.

The loss against Robbie Sims. I've never seen a minute of this one nor heard much discussion of it.

The two losses to Vinny Paz. I believe he was the first person to drop Vinny and I remember Classic being adamant that he deserved at least one of the decisions.

Same thing for the two Camacho losses... I've heard he undoubtedly deserved one of them.

Thoughts and general discussion very much appreciated.

    Duran/Laing- I scored for Laing.

Duran/Sims- I scored for Duran. I thought he got in the more effective and harder blows. I believe Duran`s conditioning cost him this fight or lack of. A well trained Duran I believe would have won by a wide margin.

Duran/Paz- I had close for Pazienza. Duran was impressive and landed a beautiful rightand to score a knockdown but I think Pazienza out hustled him in the 2nd half of the bout.

Duran/Paz 2- Pazienza moved more and was able to outbox Duran most of the night. Basically hit and run.

Duran/Camacho 1- I had Duran winning. He timed Camacho effectively aftter the first couple of rounds. Doing good bodywork and banging Hector with righthands. Macho bullshitted his way through as usual.

    Duran/Camacho 2- never saw.

I had Sims winning close but clear after Duran faded late in the fight. Sims also should have been credited with a KD, if I recall correctly.

He got jobbed in the first Camacho fight and the Sims fight was very close, but he lost all the others clearly (including a gift decision that he got against Jorge Castro.) You're the first person I've ever seen that's attempted to argue that Duran actually won the Laing fight.

I'm vaguely remembering scoring it once several years ago. Calm down.

Do you feel he deserved either Castro fight?

    I thought Laing won clearly.

The Sims fight was close and I had Robbie by a point or two.

I thought Pazienza won both fights. The the first one was pretty close. The second was a run away for Vinny.

Duran got screwed in the first Camacho fight.

Never have seen either Castro fight.
