A fun fight to watch it was with Doheny showing the skill and Roman bringing the power and this made for some very interesting rounds. Doheny boxed well on the outside, had a lovely jab, good combos and single shots, great shot selection, showed good heart and chin, showed good shot accuracy, good power and handspeed, landed well to the head, nice defense, showed good footwork, managed the range well and countered Roman when he came into range and showed some good slickness and flashiness throughout. Whereas Roman showed good power, good heart and chin, constant pressure and aggression, landed some good body shot and landed some big right hands throughout and showed good stamina. Overall I felt that Doheny edged this fight with his cleaner work rather than Romans harder punches but can see a close Romans’ win but I had Doheny in a close one here. What scores did everyone else have?

What a beating Williams put on Hurd. Beat him from pillar to pillar all fight and I could only just give Hurd 1 round and even that could have gone Williams’s way. Williams showed a good jab, good handspeed and power, good shot accuracy, boxed well on inside and outside, showed heart and good chin, nice combinations and single shots throughout, did well to head and body, showed good shot variety throughout like hooks and uppercuts, good ring iq, good defense and headmovement and managed the range well. Whereas Hurd showed heart and determination, constant pressure, did well to the body and gave it his all but Williams outclassed him throughout to win easily on my card. What scores did everyone have? What fights shall I watch next?

What a great fight this was to watch. Up there with my all time favourite fights. Both had to overcome adversity thoughout and the momentum was constantly swinging throughout. Overall Joshua showed great speed and power, good shot accuracy, good heart and chin, nice shot variety, landed some great single shots and combinations, did well to head and body, showed decent ring iq, showed good defense and head movement at times, boxed well on inside and showed patience. Whereas Klitschko had a great jab, managed the range well, good speed ad power, good shot accuracy, landed some good single shots, good defense and head movement, showed good heart and chin and showed patience. A good fight in which I could have either one up by 1 point but I had it level before Joshua got the ko

A boring fight to watch in terms of entertainment but good to watch from a boxing point of view in terms of technical ability. It was a fight in which both had very similar styles going into it but Lara was the one who imposed his will and style on the fight and made trout chase him. Both did the same things throughout but Lara just had the better of him in every department. Lara had the better jab, shot accuracy, speed, power, straight left, right hook, shot selection, boxed better on outside, better footwork, higher ring iq , better defense and head movement and slicker. Trout did these same things well but not quite on Lara’s level. A dominant win for Lara in which I could give trout 3 rounds but that’s it. What fights should I score?

This was a good fight very entertaining with momentum swinging back in forth but Ruiz in control for the most part I could see it being ruled a draw or Ruiz victory I didn't think Parker deserved the victory tbh

Thought I’d start my return with this one. A fun fight to watch in which Pacquiao turns back the clock and produces a quality performance. Overall Pacquiao showed great speed and power, nice footwork and utilised his angles well, nice jab, good straight left and nice punch variety to head and body, fast combos, showed heart and a good chin and high ring iq. Whereas Thurman showed decent power and speed, showed heart and a decent chin, landed well to body, good straight right, game on strong as fight went on and a decent overall performance but couldn’t quite match Manny. A close and competitive fight in which Pacquiao won in my eyes but what scores did everyone else have?

Never really watched much women’s boxing but this was actually a fun scrap to watch and made me take notice of women’s boxing so that’s a good thing. Taylor did show some blistering combos, great handspeed. Taylor showed a good heart, chin and determination to do what it took to try turning the tide throughout. Showed good accuracy and shot selection and in general had more skill than persoon but persoon showed that professional experience does matter a lot as she roughed Taylor up hard and gave her a lesson in how pro fighting works. Nice combos and flashy skills ain’t gonna be able to win everything. Persoon showed swarming and pressuring Taylor could beat her. Persoon showed effort, high work rate, getting inside of Taylor and working both the head and body can slow Taylor and get through to her. Overall Taylor had Herndon’s little moments but the uglier but better work was done by persons with Taylor looking almost done in the 10th and in my eyes Taylor won a robbery and that’s not something I use lightly. What scores did everyone else have?
