    round 1 c-10 b-9
Cleverly took the round with the cleaner accurate shots.

    round 2 c-9 b-10
Very good round for Bellew. he reacts from a couple of good shots with a flurry of powerful shots and does hurt cleverly.

    round 3 c-9 b-10
Cleverly has the better jab but doesn't do a lot else. Bellew has the better verity and dominates with pressure.

    round 4 c-9 b-10
Bellew takes it with ease and totally out boxes cleverly who does very little in this round.

    round 5 c-9 b-10
Cleverly lands 3 low blows witch takes the energy for Bellew for the last minute but Bellew does enough in the previous 2 minutes to take it.

    round 6 c-10 b-9
Cleverly takes this round with better head shots in a round where both men are body hunting in an energy sapping round. This is the start of Bellew feeling the pace.

    round 7 c-10 b-10
Bellew loses the first minute but takes the second with better work rate. Cleverly lands the sharper shots and looks the fitter.

    round 8 c-9 b-10
Bellews round through putting in the graft. Although cleverly sets the pace that Bellew doesn't want.

    round 9 c-9 b-10
Close round as both try to steal a rest but tony still puts the pressure on and out boxes cleverly.

    round 10 c-10 b-9
Bellew land the bigger shots in the final minute but a couple of big shots isn't enough to win a 3 minute round in witch cleverly looks the sharper and more accurate and Bellew seems to be plodding.

    round 11 c-10 b-9
Cleverlys round in a good war of a round thats fought at close range through out. Cleverly lands the better and Bellew get butted in a clash of heads witch swells fast and hurts him.

    round 12 c-10 b-9
great last round as both empty the tanks but cleverly has more left and tony is drained and get out worked. 115-Bellew 114-cleverly

I was at the fight an at that time I thought cleverly took it by a round but watching it back on box nation I see it for Bellew. in a great classic British fight. I see the even fight on one of the judges score cards but the other two were way off. How did everyone else see it?

Watched it 4 times now and cannot make a case for Cleverly winning more than 6 rounds. I can really see how Tony feels gutted

    117-112:deal

I thought Cleverly came on strong in the last few rounds to comeback and pinch it myself:D

I Agree with nearly all of this, but i gave Bellew the 10th and Clev the 7th... i had Bellew by one and seriously dont think Clev did enough to win the fight, he come on strong and won rounds using his engine nothing else

Rounds 7 and 9 were close enough for a very pro cleverly fan to make an argument. And no doubt clev took the last 3 and looked the more live through out but sheer hard work won the fight for tony. I know they say u have to snatch the title from the champion but in such a great hard fought fight bellew should of taken home the belt.

I almost agree with your scoring there. I had Bellew winning by two first time around and then scored it a draw after watching the replay. In the draw I gave Bellew 2,3,4 and 8,9,10. I thought Bomber rallied really well after a difficult time in the middle rounds but Clev had more left for the last two stanzas. As I and many others have said, I can't really argue for anyone picking it one or two rounds for either fighter.
A really good fight which for me had echoes of the Eubank / Benn / Watson wars that I grew up with! Would like to see a re-match once Tony has a world title to put on the line too.

I had it even going into the last 2 rounds and Cleverly won 11 and 12. That was only off one viewing though.

    Shut up about it now!

Cleverly won the fight, and in the last 2 rounds, and especially the last round, put some what of a beating on Bellew.

Cleverly fought Bellew, at his own game. And beat him at his own game!

Didn't Bellew kind of beat Cleverly at his game though? The "boxing" match was supposed to be dominated by Clev but it was Bellew who was clearly superior

    No

Cleverly had no intentions of boxing from round one. He came straight forward, Bellew at one point was desiding to box, because his conditioning was failing him.

People need to shut up about the fight!!!! Tony Bellew told Nathan Cleverly not to run. Nathan Cleverly came to Liverpool, in Bellew's back garden and did not run. When Bellew landed his bombs, Nathan Cleverly took them well and even patronised Bellew's power.

Nathan Cleverly won the fight!! The expression on Bellew's face at the bell said it all.

Fighters know, when they are beaten.

I'm not a massive Cleverly or Bellew fan, and i don't think any of them will make a heavy impact on world level.

I take your point. I think Tony was just gutted because he was so sure he would win and felt he let those down that backed him even though it was close.

I agree with you about the world scene at LHW but if they produce exciting fights like that I dont care :good

regardless of what bellew told cleverly to do before the fight or if it was in who evers back garden. watching the actual fight tony should have had his arm raised. i agree cleverly is the fitter but he by no way put the harder work in during this fight. bellew boxed him because cleverly expected him to brawl. bellew no doubt though he lost the fight at the end because he had just lost the last 3 rounds. but regardless of what he thought after the fight it doesnt change the fact that he won more rounds in total. your wrong

Give it a rest will you. Clev beat Bellew fair and square.

    Was it close? Yes.
    Was it a robbery? No.
