I've just read Allan saying he reminds himself of Naz Hamed, here's a few reasons why he's not 1. Naz can box 2. Naz can fight 3. Naz has ok power in either hand 4. Naz wouldn't lose to Ramabalatsa or draw with McCormack FFS 5. Allan wouldn't be good enough to spar Naz Whoever has put this guy up to saying things like that need to give themselves a good talking too, Limited fighter at best
Seems to have a very high opinion of himself, anytime I've see him I thought he was extremely limited. The"title taker"Won't be remotely close to winning any meaningful title.
imo nam is one of the most overrated boxers we have had, he was world class but no way was he ever number 1 in his division or p4p. saying that scott allan is one of the most deluded fighters i have seen, i remember after he drew his fight against mccormack he was parading around the bar area in his boxing shorts like he had just won a world title. the only thing that him and naz share is the fact they both put on boxing gloves one hand at a time
I've seen Allan a few times - will never get near british level and has a terrible attitude. Gets kids and groups of showgirls to do his ringwalks against jounrymen who run him close or beat him. Definately deluded
Much like the rest of the standard on show at these events it is horrendous. Bashing up domestic bums or Latvian bus drivers proves nothing to anyone who matters.
Seems the "Title Taker" got a points victory last night on the LockStock Promo bill in Glasgow, against Sergey Tasimov (11-63-4). Kieran Smith won his 8th fight with a 1st round KO, and wins for Ian Millarvie and Gary Ray with KO on his debut.
It's the Scott "I'm a taker" Allan show for f--k sake, nobody can do like me, I can put a whole hotel to sleep in 8 rounds
