got his free out of jail pass card and is going to resume his career. cool. i hope he stays out of trouble this time. :smoke
it's a shame what happened to him. he was a very good fighter...strong, solid, exciting. he would bring it every time. he was at the point were the very big fights were going to happen. but then the drink had taken over big time, and that was the end of his career. i wish him well for the future, but he isn't going to get his career back. that's well and truly over.
Too old, too rusty, too shopworn, not from boxing you understand, but from the drink, the seshing, the silly drugs an fighting bull**** took away this fine featherweights career. Word is before he went to jail he could only make light-welterweight, nevermind now. I don't see him being a force, it would surely be an amazing story if he did. But he won't adc to that ever increasing list that he would be too small. AND, it will be a challenge for him to even get his licence in the UK nevermind him even being able to saty out of trouble. Could of been great, but never was. Shame, shame, shame...
