Well said moog! There's plenty of people on here who don't care, but feel the need to comment which I find very strange. I don't know maybe their just jealous that our hero is still around in fine shape and making a comeback. These negative posters have no reason to attend the comeback as they won't be required as there will be plenty of Scott's Army there doing the huddle and the bouncy together testing the foundations of the building once again :D

I would have loved to have seen Ricky in with Broner at that time whilst he was in form. Broner was there for the taking.

A prime Harrison would have done Broner a damage at 130!

I agree Ryan, Broner would have started quick, maybe had lead and half way, but Scott would have ground him down and took lead on points before stopping him late on.

Furthermore I agree that Scott has enough hardcore fans that it will be a great atmosphere at Scotts comeback. I will even pm you and buy you a pint there m8

Scott got starched by Liam Walsh. To even consider him at world level is comical.

Broner has fantastic skills but is lazy, Scott in his pomp would have cut ring off and not gave him piece and would have ground him down late on

Correct moogster! Broners a lazy *******! He's also flatfooted like f*ck, so he couldn't stand with Scott. Harrison would swarm him and his power and pressure would finish him!

dont think in his pomp he would have beat him either, broner hit very hard at lightweight and was bigger and stronger than most at that weight, harrison was strong but no a ko puncher. if maidaina couldnt ko broner harrison would not

Harrison throw over 1000 punches over 12 rounds I believe it would have been a late late stoppage, but a points win eg 115-113 to Harrison wouldn't have shocked me.

That really happen billy? Please expand on this as I always wondered what happened that night, never saw the fight.

Personally I like both fighters, Ricky burns was a solid champ and did well after a very average start to his career and I hope he can find his form again. Harrison was just a beast and I'd love it if he could be a success story after that long out of the sport. Must admit it's interesting to see how far his natural talent can carry him now he's mid 30s. Good luck to the pair of them.
