great to watch, massive, remorseless, stalking prescence in the ring, one of the biggest 'coulda beens.....' to come out of our country, dont get me wrong, he achieved a lot, but could have been a brititsh atg, i wish him health and happiness but he wont achieve either unless HE wants to

Coming from a man who obviously supports a team with el hadj diouf in it he should be locked up total animal.

Either way he won't come back now, at least certainly not at world title level. Given his lifestyle his reflexes and snap won't be what they are. He'd probably still be a ferocious brawler but that only gets you so far on its own. I think he is still in prison in Spain, is due out later this year but, as a previous poster has said, is trying to get transferred to a prison nearer home for his last few months. He did it to himself, he certainly had a lot of chances. I'm more worried about him in ten years' time when the money has finally run out and a comeback is impossible. Back to prison, I fear, given his track record. There is a lot to professional sport, not just performance on the night, so I really don't think that he was ever ATG material, he just did one aspect of what you need very well.

O/T, but what exactly has he done to classed an "animal" and what has he done to be locked up?

Never had the skills to compete with a decent World class fighter of a similar size sadly.

Anyway, Harrison is 34 this year and should be released later in the year. But cant see him making a come back of any sort, physically and mentally I dont know if he would be capable. Plus would he get his license back?

Should Chris Sutton have been locked up for spitting on someone?
Should John Hartson been locked up for assault?
    Roy Keane?
    Alan Thompson, drink driving....twice

    look at your own

I'm not convinced Harrison was as great as he's made out tobe. He was agressive, strong and had heart but did he really have the skills to go much further?

I'm not sure he would get a license to fight in the UK to be honest, with his mental and physical condition it would take him a couple of years to get back to fight fitness.

Just another case of a guy who could have achieved anything he wanted and pissed it all away. I saw him once a few years ago in Hamilton Palace swaggering around off his face giving it the big man and getting in random guys faces, shortly before a bouncer knocked **** out of him.
