I expect him to face some guy off a coffee field now. Very disappointing news for Quigg.

i remember him fighting in UK a few years back stopped Haskins in 6 or so and beat Martin power a couple of times.
From mandatory challenger to him there styles are so different, mountain is 5"9" long and rangy the other guy wasn't
Don't matter anyway Scott Quigg is looking very sharp

How good was power? Would you say this is a more difficult fight billy? Obviously the change of styles is a pain but this fella is 28 as opposed to cermeno being in his mid 30s so Im expecting him to be a bit more game?

If this guy is the new opponent it's not a bad opponent I actually thought he would have went on to win a world title a few years back, but a short notice job will be hard against someone like Scott
What was the reason for the call off?

That's a very good replacement at short notice.

No idea it doesn't state it in what I read, it just said that the new opponent was already here as he had been sparing so he's fit and ready to go.....

I can remember Munyai "the Atomic Spider" i think he fought on wee Frank Maloney shows on Sky. He looked really good at one point, but i'm sure he lost to the guy who Ricky beat for the Commonwealth title.

Both poor opponents. I like Quigg put Hearn is keeping him safe. He will posture a bit then fight Frampton for big money and lose

I must admit Scott is so much better than I first thought watching him spar his shot selection is very good,he's big and strong for the weight and surprisingly quick handed.
