As far as I can see the absolute ridiculousness of this fight has slipped under the radar, probably because no one actualy knows who Salinas is. He has fought NO ONE even remotely good enough to merit a world title shot, did the WBA order this fight or is this another one of Eddies many, many dodgy doings ? Carl Frampton must be absolutely sick.

I agree but apparently Salinas was a good amateur
Quigg is a top talent can't see him losing anytime soon

As far as I can see the absolute ridiculousness of this fight has slipped under the radar, probably because no one actualy knows who Quigg is. being stuck on your arse by Jamie Arthur is not even remotely good enough to merit a world title shot, did the WBA order this fight or is this another one of Eddies many, many dodgy doings ? Carl Frampton must be absolutely sick.

It's not a proper world title so not much to get excited about.

You have to be careful with guys like this just because he hasn't been tested yet doesn't mean he's no good he will have had good sparing in America no doubt and a Cuban with over 300 ameteur fights isn't going to be that bad

To be fair Quigg is very good but he's hardly fought anyone of note to fight for a world title Eithier has he?
In a country the size of ours he's not even proven to be the best in the UK, I'm not saying he wouldn't be but to fight the best surely you should at least be the best from your own country, there's a great round robin with Galahad,Quigg and Frampton to be had if promoters put there heads together.
Who would you have being the best in UK?

when theres 4 world titles and some organisations even have "Super" and "regular" champs its no wonder people are fighting for world titles when they haven't beaten anybody.

Frampton ****ed himself over by going to boxnation if he was still with Eddie i bet he would be fighting for the world title instead.

mate I respect you as a trainer but you are you not too old to be trolling like that ^ Him and Frampton are probably level joint 1st , both top talents who haven't fought each other so it's stupid to say what your saying

and nobody mentions Galahad when talking about Quigg and Frampton, those 2 are far above him

Personally I'd love to see Jazza smash KG to pieces.

He comes across like a total *****.

See that's we're I disagree with you Galahad IMO will accomplish more at the end of the three lads careers.
I'm in no way trolling just giving my honest opinion

Billy it comes across as trolling to me it's an extremely outlandish view
Ive seen a lot of all 3 of them and Galahad is not in the same league as them
tell you what I'll start a thread on it

it would be the equivalent of someone saying Gary Cornish will accomplish more than Hughie Fury and Tyson Fury
Or Adam Etches will accomplish more than Billy Joe Saunders
or Tommy Coyle will will accomplish more than Luke Campbell
    don't make any sense

You have to remember billy has massive double standards when it comes to his favourite fighters
