    Nobody else is fighting each other either.

    Good fight for Quigg though. Kiko's a decent scalp still.

    Santa Cruz turned down fights with:

    -Rigondeaux
    -Frampton
    -Quigg
    -Mares

    And probably several others that are better than the guys he fought on Mayweather's undercards.

    Yeah unlike Frampton & Quigg, Leo is the one 'who'll fight anyone'.

    Frampton won mandatory status to fight Cruz when he beat Hugo and threw it away to fight for the IBF against a guy he had already stopped.

    He wasn't the IBF mando.

    Frampton never sought the fight with LSC. Thats why LSC was able to fight his sparring partner at the time.
