quigg should just fight rigo

rigo will come for the money , no shame in losing to him and will probably learn a thing or two

 

I'm surprised he's not fighting a Stephanie

 

Jamoye is somewhat decent. I actually had expected more like a "unknown but dangerous", "teak tough" or even "not coming to lie down" class kinda fighter.

 

Better than expected for notice.

 

Very difficult fight


wouldn't get Frampton taking a fight like that on short notice.

 

Bantam or not, Jamoye is actually more of a handful than any of Quigg's three previous challengers and will the sturdiest man Quigg has faced since Munroe II.

I'd probably favor Belgium's own plucky little Survivor over the whole lot - Prado, Munyai, Silva, and yes even the strangely albeit briefly overrated Salinas. (who seemed to be lauded as some dangerous contender just for being a Cuban and bringing in a zero...whereas any peek at footage of him would've told his class...)

 

To be fair given the circumstances and notice, Jamoye isn't a bad fight.

Maybe not a bad fight - but think of the missed opportunity - both Quigg and KG fit and ready to fight - and neither has an opponent. It would be a no-brainer what should be done there lads....

This fight has already been 'built up' for ages. Doubt spending money on "building it up" would yield any return, Mr. Businessman.

 

I guess the heat was getting to Hearn. He cant have been oblivious to the scathing criticism levelled at his 'promotion' work with Quigg.
He knew he had to step up here, pronto. Got his finger out - and his chequebook.

 

For boxing fans there has been a bit of build up, for the casuals, none.

The casuals keep the sport afloat whether you like it or not.
